The Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) aims to safeguard the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy, and to protect their personal data. Within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), and other applicable legislation, this “Privacy Notice” has been prepared to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data through our communication channels.
Through this Notice, we aim to explain for which purposes and how your personal data may be processed by us, the methods of data collection, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights under the Law.

- When carrying out promotions, reminders, announcements, and information related to our products, services, special offers, and campaigns via bulk e-mails, SMS messages, or phone calls
- When responding to legally binding requests from Public Authorities or Institutions authorized to request your personal data, as well as other relevant Institutions and Organizations when required by law

Your Rights as a Data Subject
Within the scope of processing your personal data by us as the Data Controller, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed
- To request information if your personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- To learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or abroad
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist
- To request that any correction or deletion of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred
- To object to any result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

Submitting Your Requests
As a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding the processing of your personal data and the rights specified under the Law and this Information Notice through the communication channels below.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law, you are required to submit your requests to us in writing through these channels. As the Data Controller, we will respond to your requests within 30 days at the latest, free of charge (provided that if the process requires an additional cost, we reserve the right to charge a fee as permitted by law).
