Within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), and other applicable legislation, this “Privacy Notice” has been prepared to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data through our communication channels.

Through this Notice, we aim to explain for which purposes and how your personal data may be processed by us, the methods of data collection, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights under the Law.

To learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or abroad
To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist
To request that any correction or deletion of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred
To object to any result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems
To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

Submitting Your Requests

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Law, you are required to submit your requests to us in writing through these channels. As the Data Controller, we will respond to your requests within 30 days at the latest, free of charge (provided that if the process requires an additional cost, we reserve the right to charge a fee as permitted by law).
